Dicolor’s DEA Global Training in South Korea Successfully Concludes

Following successful events in Peru, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand, Dicolor’s DEA Global Technical Tour reached South Korea on August 5-6, 2025, marking a successful conclusion in Gyeonggi Province!

For this South Korea stop, we meticulously prepared and brought cutting-edge technology and new product solutions to a distant land, with the core goal of “enhancing technology and solving after-sales issues.” Through systematic, hands-on training, we empowered our South Korean partners with the core technologies of Dicolor products, key installation and maintenance points, and efficient troubleshooting abilities, enhancing the local service quality.

The training course was designed rigorously: product engineers thoroughly explained the fundamentals and innovative technologies of LED displays (such as the UL+DV2 integration and anti-collision features), with a special focus on the US/UW/UR series and COB/GOB advanced products. We also set up a communication session, where we discussed new product applications with our South Korean partners, attentively listened to valuable on-the-ground feedback, and injected vitality into the optimization of new products. After-sales engineers provided key lessons on installation techniques and fault diagnosis, with a 120-minute practical “Tool Familiarization + Hands-On Operation & Repair” session, enabling participants to transform knowledge into real-world problem-solving skills. At the end of the training, all participants successfully passed a rigorous exam, earning the “Dicolor Certified Expert (DEA)” qualification and officially joining the global certification service network, receiving Dicolor gifts as well.
